Service desk is the single point of contact between tenants and service company. It's a simple ticketing system that allows customers to make requests for service, repair, etc. No single inquiry will be lost.
All tickets for all facilities owned by mobile app user are available at one place.
Predefined subjects allow to assign proper department and priority to ticket.
Chat view is familiar to customer as conventional messenger.
Web application is intended to be used by service company employees. Along with service desk it is possible to use broadcast system to send message to all tenants in building or village.
