We collect data from remote readable meters: electricity, water, gas, heating. All data is stored and processed by our cloud. Historical data for unlimited period of time is available for every meter and can be accessed via web and mobile applications.

Every virtual meter is equipped with alerting system that allows receiving event notifications for under- or over-usage and other critical alarms.

We offer different types of sensors: temperature, humidity, CO2, light, noise, pressure, etc. These sensors are indoor, outdoor, heavy duty and available for different kinds of applications: residential, industrial, warehouse, office, hotel.

For every parameter it is possible to set normal range and alarm margins. When the parameter value is out of range we will send you push notification. It is also possible to receive notification via other channel, such as phone call or Telegram bot message.

Historical data for unlimited period of time is available for each environment parameter. Data is available as text or graphical chart via web and mobile application.

For every single data point it is possible to set alarm margins. Every alarm is visualized with color code in application. When value rises or falls to defined alarm value, notification is dispatched to mobile application.

Alarm history is available as easy-to-read timescale and along with data point value chart can be accessed for defined period of time.

Every data point (submeter or environment sensor) value change can trigger custom actions. We support many kinds of integrations and list of supported integrations is growing.

For example, you can setup custom Telegram bot and receive message every time when your electricity usage collected for the last hour rises above certain value.

For offer solutions for gate opening for private properties, such as villages, industrial objects, office centers. Basically user can use simple button on mobile application’s home screen to open selected gate. Gate selection also works on GPS basis.

As advanced feature we support automatic number plate recognition. We offer range of IP cameras which support this feature.

Every gate opening is logged by our system with reference to account and car number plate used for operation. Additionally vehicle picture can be stored in archive and attached to log record.

Service desk is the single point of contact between tenants and service company. It's a simple ticketing system that allows customers to make requests for service, repair, etc. No single inquiry will be lost.

This feature will be useful for those applications where communication between users and service company is required, such as private villages, office building, apartment service companies, e.t.c.

We use ultrasonic distance sensors to control water depth and level. It can be placed in a sewage well or just to measure pond water level and get alarmed if it’s too low or too high.
